Sky Tritt, LPCC
Works with adults. Utilizes Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Living in a world where we are held to high social standards with little room for mistakes, it can be challenging to seek out therapy and find a therapist that fits you and your needs. I am passionate about creating a safe space for adults with complex trauma where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment. After watching loved one after loved one lose their battle to mental health, I found a passion for therapy and the power it can hold in your life. I am here to help you on your journey to find yourself through introspection and discovery.
I work with adults with childhood trauma, complex trauma, substance use and chronic perfectionism. I practice through a Humanistic, Person-Centered approach. I will use notes of Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Awareness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
We will work together to find your personal goals for therapy to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs and growth goals. You will gain self-compassion, introspection, emotional regulation skills, and a sense of control to help with managing triggers. Schedule a phone consultation to get a better idea of what therapy might look like for you.
