We have created a office (in person & virtually) where therapists can focus on what they do best, clinical care, while we manage the business component of running a therapy practice.

We also provide a space for graduate and post-graduate interns to gain their necessary hours for graduation or licensure. In our Internship/Externship Program we offer Clinical Supervision guidance to meet your clinical licensure requirement needs. We have full time and part time options.

Fully Licensed Clinicians in Florida and Colorado Positions:

Responsibilities

  • Full-time will complete an average of 25 billable (clinical) hours per week. Pay range is based on averaging at least 25 billable hours per week and 5 admin hours per week. 30 hours in total is considered full time.

  • Participate in individual and group clinical supervision with assigned supervisor.

  • Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients.

  • Participate in bi-weekly consult group.

  • Complete all documentation within 48 hours of the session including progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and initial assessments.

  • Provide case management services for assigned clients as indicated.

  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.

  • Complete required initial and ongoing clinical and administrative training.

  • Must be willing to accept commercial insurance and Medicaid under a supervisory billing model for those insurances that allow it (Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, CO-Access and CCHA).

  • Must adhere to all WellMinded Counseling Policies & Procedures.

  • In-person meetings and sessions may be done, or remote sessions as desired. Our physical offices are located in Broomfield, CO and Denver, CO

Qualifications

  • Registered with DORA (for Colorado) LPC, LCSW or LMFT. Or Registered with FDOH (for Florida) as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.

  • Should be trained and knowledgeable in trauma-informed practices such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, MBSR, EFT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and/or somatic interventions.

  • Must have reliable internet connection and a private space for virtual meetings and telehealth sessions.

Licensed clinicians: approx. $65,000
