We wish to prevent these experiences from getting prolonged, ignored, or exacerbated. So, WellMinded Counseling has developed a program. Our team aims to promote mindfulness to help you connect with yourself. Our mindfulness program can help increase emotional regulation, attention, and contentment with life.
This is a great chance to do a deep dive into your mental health. We offer one on one support, group psychoeducational practices, and yoga sessions. All this works to promote your overall well-being that stress and trying to be “fine” has kept you from.
How the Mindfulness Program in Broomfield, CO works
We are now enrolling adult individuals into our 30-day mindfulness program. You will have access to 6 pre-recorded psychoeducational sessions. These will be on mindfulness, self-compassion, practical tools for growth, and more. You will also have access to 4 individual sessions with a therapist on the WellMinded Counseling team. Plus, 2 virtual yoga classes that coincide with the group sessions.
