Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just stuck in your own head? As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I am committed to creating a safe space, whether it be virtually, or in-person, where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In our work together, individuals can gain effective coping skills, a stronger sense of self, and a clearer, more confident outlook on their future — all in a supportive, empowering, and judgment-free space.
As a counselor, I specialize in helping teens and adolescents address issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, and identity concerns. I use a collaborative and flexible approach, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness. Everything we do will be tailored to you—your needs, your pace, and your goals. I’m here to meet you where you’re at and help you figure out what’s next.
This space is about you—what you need, what you’re feeling, and where you want to go.
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again—or maybe meet that version of yourself for the first time—I’d be honored to walk alongside you!
