Life constantly throws new challenges our way, with little opportunity to slow down and find ways to balance it all. I aim to create a safe and trusting environment where we can collaboratively navigate these troublesome experiences and create positive life changes. I find meaning through meeting my clients where they are and supporting them through their journey of introspection to find harmony and meaning in their lives.

Fun facts:

  • I love arts and crafts, especially sewing and embroidery.

  • Being from Florida, I really miss having the beach so close.

  • I have two pet snakes, Noodle the rainbow boa, and Inch the Hognose. (and a

few dogs at home in Florida)

I received my undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Central Florida while also working as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for students with Autism in early education. Being able to learn while simultaneously applying concepts and approaches was a great turning point for my education. I grew invested in learning the “why” behind our behaviors and how we can learn to work with these thoughts and behaviors to lead us toward a more fulfilling life. Now I am currently enrolled in the University of Denver’s Master of Clinical Psychology to further my understanding, practices, and passion for understanding the human condition.

Currently, I am working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and substance abuse. I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) modalities. Together we will create an individualized therapeutic experience for you and your therapeutic goals.
