I have had so many wonderful experiences as a clinician over the past 20 years.  I began obtaining my psychology degree at SUNY Plattsburgh, then continued to receive my masters in social work degree from  Virginia Commonwealth University.  Along the way, I have had the great opportunity to work with many different people in a variety of settings and provide a wide array of services.  I have worked with teens managing anxiety and depression,  children in foster care, adults experiencing homelessness, or elderly experiencing medical concerns and needing to transition to more intensive care. I have worked with special needs trusts and have served as a guardian for adults with significant medical or psychiatric needs.  I have worked in hospital settings, residential, schools, and outpatient or community-based settings.

I believe everyone experiences a situation differently, so with my background, I have learned there are many ways to develop a solution so I do my best to work with you to come up with a plan that will be achievable and meet your goals.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my twins and my husband visiting all areas of the country.  We stay active with all their extracurricular activities and taking care or our two dogs, 3 fish, and 98 snails.
