As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I am committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Having navigated life’s challenges myself, I understand how difficult it can be to cope with adversity—whether it involves relationships, grief, or general stress. This personal understanding fuels my passion for helping others develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and foster personal growth, both individually and as couples.
I hold a BA in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and am currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University. As a counseling intern, I specialize in helping teens, adults, and couples address issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, grief, and LGBTQ+ concerns. To support my clients in achieving their goals, I utilize evidence-based practices such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
If you're ready to take the next step in your journey toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to support you in reaching your goals!
