About Emily
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just stuck in your own head? As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I am committed to creating a safe space, whether it be virtually, or in-person, where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In our work together, individuals can gain effective coping skills, a stronger sense of self, and a clearer, more confident outlook on their future — all in a supportive, empowering, and judgment-free space.
Most of the teens and young adults I work with feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves. I provide a safe space to sort through those feelings and help them to start feeling more grounded and confident.

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again or maybe meet that version of yourself for the first time, I’d be honored to walk alongside you!
