Anna Dwyer, MA Intern

Works with individual adults, families, and couples. Utilizes a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) to help clients navigate issues related to neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, BIPOC specific struggles, and relational problems.

I love working with adults - from couples to individuals, from BIPOC to neurodivergent folks and everyone in between. I utilize a combination of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and EFT (emotion focused therapy) in order to help navigate a number of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relational issues and more. I believe that every person is unique and requires specialized treatment in order to achieve their own therapeutic goals. Together we will discover what your personal goals are and we will collaborate to move towards achieving those goals over time to move you towards health and healing.

I am currently in my final few months at Denver Seminary where I am finishing up my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my free time, I love hanging out with friends, eating good food, taking walks with my husband and our dog (Tamale), and generally lazing about - preferably on a paddleboard in the summer, but my couch with a good book will do in the winter months.
