About Emily

Do you feel like you’re doing your best, but something still feels heavy or unresolved?

My work focuses on helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and goal-focused. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.

I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we work to process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create movement toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

 

Sessions are offered both in person and virtually, with availability Friday through Monday, including weekends. While I specialize in working with teens and young adults, I welcome individuals of all ages who are motivated to work toward meaningful growth.

Fun Facts about Emily

  • I have two dogs—Waffles the corgi and Finn the goldendoodle—who love weekend adventures in our campervan, filled with hiking and swimming.
  • I enjoy spending my time off in the mountains—rock climbing in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.
  • While living in Florida, I volunteered at a wildlife sanctuary where I worked with bears, tigers, and other amazing animals.
