About Adella

Drawing from attachment-based work, CBT, DBT, ACT, parts work, play-based interventions, and Gottman-informed couples therapy, Adella tailors therapy to the needs of each client rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. She strives to create a space where clients can be authentic, build greater understanding of themselves and their patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside clients with grace, authenticity, truth, and curiosity as they pursue healing, so they can live life to the full.

Fun Facts about Adella

  •  Music is a huge part of my life, and my love for live music may border on excessive. If there’s a concert involved, I’m probably interested.
  • I love traveling, exploring new places, and making memories along the way.
  • My husband and I were high school sweethearts who found our way back to each other later in life — proof that sometimes timing really is everything.
  • I’m a proud mom of three daughters, and spending time with them is one of my absolute favorite things to do.
  • I’m a big believer in making room for both the meaningful and the fun in life — good music, good people, new experiences, laughter, and a little adventure go a long way.
